Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2006, Matt has achieved success through demonstrated hard work, integrity, attention to detail and by always placing clients needs first. Matt always aspires to be the top in his field by delivering excellent results to his clients.

In May 2007, Matt graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. Thereafter, he began working closely with Steve Cook, the President of ESCEE, where he quickly gained exceptional customer service skills and creative problem solving abilities to deliver results which consistently surpass client expectations. Through his commitment and perseverance during the "The Great Recession" and in some of the most adverse market conditions to date. Matt has several notable successes and has worked on numerous projects.

Matt provides a personalized service that keeps property owners fully informed and assures bottom line objectives are achieved. He understands what increases the value of commercial property. Matt understands business owner's financial needs and is able to help them free up capital through sale lease-backs. He knows how to work with tenants to renegotiate leases in order to facilitate sale transactions. Having a strong understanding of the sale and purchase process, Matt is able to guide buyers and sellers to successful completion of transactions.

Matt has experience facilitating commercial real estate transactions that require extra effort to resolve issues prior to closing. He has been able to aide buyers and sellers to overcome financing obstacles. Matt has coordinated the property improvements and lease-up for absentee property owners. He has assisted buyers with simultaneous lease renegotiation's of existing tenant leases. Matt has experience understanding, managing, and working through property environmental issues. He has experience assisting buyers and sellers with the due diligence process to expedite transaction time frames where possible. Matt has also built working relationships with and understands the roles of various departments at the city, county and state level which help facilitate transactions.

Out of office Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons traveling, boating in the summer, skiing in the winter, and serving in his community and church in various capacities.
